Saint Seiya and Latinoamérica

cal1psoThere is not fandom more dedicated and worst treated than the Latino fandom of Saint Seiya (or honestly any Latino fandom, but saint Seiya is more evident cuz I am part of it). People has been dedicate themselves to this anime since the 80's and have received nothing but scraps for DECADES. It doesn't help that we are poor third worldlers so our opinion doesn't matter since we are not an "important market".
We get ignored all the time in favor of USA and they don't even *like* Saint Seiya. But they got money so they get a reboot and a movie specifically tailored to them (Which. Still. Didn't. Make. Then. Interested. In. The. Franchise.)
If I ever meet Yoshi Ikezawa. I will bite.
This is why I am so satisfied and happy about the Pegasus Fantasy concerts (1 and 2) they were not perfect but they were for *us*. The only other country with a similar concert is France and they only had one. Now I own exclusive merch made just for us (this used to happen only to Japan) and I see foreigners being jealous of us in social media (even!!? Japanese people?!!!! Holy shit bruh)
The concerts were a complete success so Toei would be foolish to keep ignoring all of us who are still here after 40 years.
But then again, Toei has been nothing but foolish about saint Seiya so I am just cautiously optimistic about the future. Maybe senpai will finally notice us? Please?
