I love some good Ghost Stories
I know the anime is not about that, but since Hikaru was literally possessed for years (and since I am, at heart, a horror fan), I think he should have been allowed to be a bit spooky, as a treat.
Imagine, Hikaru Shindou, that weirdo kid that appeared out of nowhere to become an insei and talk no sense about being Akira Touya's rival, whose skin is a bit too cold and whose eyes shine slightly in the dark, who has a shadow that is a bit too dark and too big, who looks into space and talks to himself a lot, who gets good at Go scarily fast and has a predatory look on his face every time he's sitting in front of a goban.
Who, even with all that is stil a normal kid, who is loud and annoying and happy, that makes you forget how creepy he can be sometimes
Saint Seiya and Latinoamérica
We get ignored all the time in favor of USA and they don't even *like* Saint Seiya. But they got money so they get a reboot and a movie specifically tailored to them (Which. Still. Didn't. Make. Then. Interested. In. The. Franchise.)
If I ever meet Yoshi Ikezawa. I will bite.
This is why I am so satisfied and happy about the Pegasus Fantasy concerts (1 and 2) they were not perfect but they were for *us*. The only other country with a similar concert is France and they only had one. Now I own exclusive merch made just for us (this used to happen only to Japan) and I see foreigners being jealous of us in social media (even!!? Japanese people?!!!! Holy shit bruh)
The concerts were a complete success so Toei would be foolish to keep ignoring all of us who are still here after 40 years.
But then again, Toei has been nothing but foolish about saint Seiya so I am just cautiously optimistic about the future. Maybe senpai will finally notice us? Please?

I aint even a furry and the first thing I tought upon finding out about furry-antis was "how long until antis betray them and maul them like rabid dogs, yelling about animal abuse and zoophilia"
Saint Seiya Headcanon #1
Basically it unlocked their potential, so Seiya and co are capable of improve their abilities beyond what a human can, and getting pretty close of the likes of Gods, but only while Athena 'buffs' them with her cosmos. This is why sometimes they can punch God in the face and sometimes gold level saints kick their collective asses.
This doesn't mean that they suddenly become invincible while Athena helps them out ; they have to grow their power with effort and training like any person, but this unlocked potential makes them develop faster and in emergencies allow them to push their bodies far beyond what a normal person could, and cling to life when they should have had died.
This also isn't limited to the main gang, the secondary bronzes could also theorically do it, but since the power scale grew so big so quickly they couldn't catch up fast enough to be useful. RIP.
And since this happens for being near Athena while a child develops, Kiki will grow up to have unlimited potential as well.

I just remembered the worst week of my life that was when I went to see my aunts in southern Mexico. It was so fucking hot that we had to sleep with wet blankets that would exude steam and get dry in the middle of the night so we had to wake up to moisten them again
Mexicans dont believe in AC,the heat was humid(the worst kind of heat), and we had to share 3 bedrooms betwen like 10 people so you’d understand how fucking terrible it was.
It was so traumatic that I remember it clearly even tho I was like 5 when it happened. Chiapas is beautiful but Jesus Christ I have no desire to go back ever again
My mom said that she went other time when it was EVEN HOTTER and they had to sleep under the bed with wet blankets.
The floor of the bedroom was warm even in the night
Like whats the point
They could go a step further and simply tell me to go fuck myself and I would not be madder of what I already am

I am not even a so called "fandom old", but it seems as if it was forever ago when fandom was a fun thing to do and not a competence to see who is the most "woke" of the bunch. It doesnt help the fact that fandom social justice is one of the most useless thing to do with your time, just second to trying to debate on youtube comments.
Nowadays fandom is surrounded by a never ending discourse and I would be okay with it if said discourse was about the actual show/book/movie/whatever the fandom is about. But no, everyone seems to be stuck in competitions to see who is the most "morally pure" or something.
I dont think these people are having fun on fandom anymore, and thats so sad
